Price remarks:

The prices are in BGN, per room, per day and include: accommodation, use of swimming pool, sunshades and sun lounges by the pool, Internet access, resort fee, insurance and VAT.

Early bookings:

– 10% discount for reservations, made and confirmed until 01.05.2025 and paid in advance to 50 % until 30.05.2025 The remaining 50% are payable up to 14 days prior to check-in date.

Important Information:

• Using the sauna and steam bath costs 40,00BGN / 20,45€ per hour (for up to three people) for each facility.

• Daily cleaning service.

• Change of towels and linen is provided every 3 days.

• Regular transport to Sunny Beach and back is provided with the bus of the complex 6 times a day and costs 4 BGN per person in any direction.

Terms and conditions of use – Cancellation of reservation and changes in reservations are possible as follows:

* For Summer season reservations – in case of cancellation or change in reservation, a written notification is required 2 days before the check-in date for Low season, 7 days for Middle season and 10 days for High season.

* In case of late cancellation, after the stated deadlines, the amount of the first night of the reservation will be charged.

* In case of no-show, a penalty of the first 2 nights of the reservation will be charged.

* 100 % prepayment is required at least 7 days prior to check-in.
